trial expired yesterday, images were there, renewed to Hobby today, now all images are gone
I don't have backups and can recover from your backups?
If not wrong, previously my bucket name is ichida

Your project currently has no object-storage bucket, and no bucket appears in a deletion window, so there is no bucket to restore from on our side. The only service in the project is your Postgres instance, which still has its volume with data on it. We are not able to recover image files that were stored outside of that database, as automatic snapshots and recovery tools are not available unless volume backups were previously enabled on the service.

We checked the project thoroughly and there is no bucket present, not even one in a pending-deletion window, so there is nothing to restore from on our side. If a bucket named "ichida" existed during the trial, it was removed before the current window and the images stored in it are no longer recoverable.
