itle: Project access issue – Project-8 no longer visible in my workspace
Hello,
I am experiencing an access issue with my Railway project Project-8.
Environment: production
Web service: Project-8-Web
PostgreSQL service: Postgres
Private GitHub repository: ratiarson/Project-8
The project previously existed and contained both services. PostgreSQL was Online, while the Web service was being troubleshooted following a deployment crash.
The Web deployment was connected to the private GitHub repository and we were troubleshooting the deployment when access to the Railway project suddenly became unavailable.
When I now try to access the project directly, Railway returns:
404 — Looks like you are lost
When I return to my Railway dashboard, my workspace displays 0 Projects, although Project-8 existed previously.
The Railway GitHub App is installed on my GitHub account.
In addition, when creating this support request, Railway does not offer Project-8-Web in the Service selector. Only N/A is available.
Could you please investigate why Project-8 is no longer accessible from my workspace and restore access to the existing project?
Please do not delete or recreate the project, the PostgreSQL service, or its persistent volume. Please preserve the existing project data and configuration.

The account this thread is tied to was created today and has no projects, services, or recently deleted resources on it. Your "Project-8" and its PostgreSQL data are not on this account. This typically happens when the workspace was created under a different sign-in identity, and signing in a different way reached this empty account instead. To get back to your existing workspace, sign in with the identity that originally created it.
