Railway takes these incidents very, very seriously. Internally we've been working on infrastructure improvements which will make the platform faster and prevent outages like this from happening in the future.
We're rolling these out with care over the next month, including the changes mentioned in the the incident response thread

One of our customers experienced the outage during a demo-session, so the incident happened at a pretty inopportune time for us. The detailed report has done much to restore trust, so thank you for that.The report mentions dedicated Slack channels. Can I get an invite?
