Hi everyone,
Hoping to get some help on our PostgreSQL instance. It currently states that our maximum memory limit is 32 GB in our plan, however when I go into the metrics tab, the upper bound of the graph shows 2 GB which seems to be the limit...
I was wondering what we can do to increase the memory limit for PostgreSQL. I can confirm that we've gotten some errors where our application has encountered memory limits due to this limitation. Do we have to reset the memory somewhere manually? Am I missing something obvious?
Thank you so much!

Hello,
That is not the max; the graph is simply auto-scaling its vertical height.
I have checked the container spec metrics we have for that service, and it's been set to 32 for at least the last 30 days.

Hey, just wanna suggest some things before we debug it further.
Can you try redeploying that service?
Can you send a screenshot of this metric displaying a max of 2GB? Is the usage pinned at the top of the graph?

Hi Medim, thank you for your response.
If possible, I love to avoid redeploying the software. Our database has a very high throughput and is always in use. Think of it as an analytics use case.
I am attaching an image. You can see that the top is 2 GB, always. It is possible that I am mistaken, however I did get memory errors at around the times that it peaked up to 2 GB, so I do believe that there may be a limit somewhere and I'm not sure where it is.
