we have all our services migrated to metal weeks ago, but it still shows were at 60% usage and ineligible for metal discount

Hello,
The Metal Usage percentage represents the cumulative percentage of billable resources generated from Metal deployments, not the percentage of services deployed to Metal.
Given your account's high resource usage across multiple services, reaching the 80% threshold required for Metal discounts can take up to a full billing cycle to reflect accurately in the dashboard.
Since your next invoice is due July 7th and you've already migrated all services to Metal, I've manually applied the Metal discounts to your account. While these discounts won't appear in the UI, they will be reflected on your upcoming invoice.
