Hello I have created a new GH service with some (6) env variables and its is stuck in applying changes for 30 minutes now

Edit: I fixed the hanging "Applying changes" bug in my project after attempting to delete the service that got stuck. After clicking delete, the "Applying X changes" popup went away, my app dashboard went back to how it looked before, and everything started running as normal. Definitely a weird fix, but let me know if this works for anyone else.

I'm getting the same error and i tried all the methods stated in the threads.
project id is 56c36f66-a2ea-4d2a-9cdd-beb7e2b4377f. i just have an empty unused unmounted soap-volume which i want to delete. Please help

This is happening in project 17509314-821a-4a22-9549-839e3edf9fd9 under production.
It happened after editing the variables using the raw editor, fyi.
I copied the entire contents, edited it on localhost (for testing), and then pasted back the entire thing into the raw editor. 4 out of 12 or so variables changed....
And now Applying changes perpetually.
