My deploys have been failing for hours with,
"Failed to snapshot repository. Please try again in a few minutes."
I'm pushing with "railway up" like usual.
It seems like every other thread on here with that issue ended up being an issue with railway. But railway status seems to not be listing any known issues.
Am I correct in believing this is on railway's end?

Just an update, this issue persists. I also tried deploying in another region, but same issue.

We aren't seeing widespread reports of this, so it looks specific to what you're uploading. Could you try railway up'ing something else just as a test?

I'm still having the same issue today.
Today I configured my service to deploy via a docker registry, and it deploys no problem.
So i'm not sure what's going on, but trying to deploy via railway up suddenly hangs on initializing/snapshoting, which worked fine before, but deploying via docker image registry works fine.
Either way, I guess I'm up and running again. I was unable to figure out what the issue was.
