Could I get a link to the deployment having this issue? Looking around and I don't see many reports with this issue or any issues currently with your services.

My react-staging is the only one I've tried today, but It stay on initializing for over 10 mins on every build today.

I looked at the last few builds and they seem to be taking ~1-2m to build.
Do you have a link to the other builds which got stuck? Would love to look into it more

Takes 1-2 to actually build it. Takes 10 plus for it to initialize, ZERO logs show up for 10 mins and then it starts building.
