Hello! I was informed that with your service, I can deploy my project, and if my resource usage does not exceed $5 per month, there would be no charges to my credit card during that period until I scale my project to consume more than $5 worth of resources. However, I linked my credit card and was immediately charged $5. Is this normal?
Is the "Hobby" plan still valid, or will I be charged $5 every month even if my resource usage is below that amount? Your clarification on this matter is very important for me to begin developing my project and planning its scaling on your platform.

Hello,
The Hobby plan is a subscription service, the plan costs $5 a month, hence why you where charged $5.
It comes with $5 that are used towards resources, so you will only be charged more than $5 if your resource costs exceed $5.
