I am currently working on developing and deploying a website for an NGO focused on blood donation and cancer donation. Our tech stack consists of React for the frontend and Strapi CMS for the backend. Since we are a nonprofit initiative, we have limited resources and cannot afford ongoing server costs.

I wanted to ask if Railway provides any free or sponsored hosting plans for NGOs or if there are any community programs that could help us sustain our platform. Any guidance or suggestions on keeping our hosting costs minimal would be greatly appreciated.
