Hi Railway Support Team,
I am currently developing a Telegram bot hosted on your platform. To complete my project, I need to integrate it with an external API (the Clash Royale API) which strictly requires a whitelisted, static outbound IP address to authorize requests.
I am planning to upgrade my workspace. Could you please confirm if the $20/month Pro Plan provides a dedicated or static outbound IP address that remains constant across deployments?
Additionally, if there is any addon or specific configuration required within the Pro Plan to achieve a fixed outbound IP, please let me know.

Static outbound IPs are available on the Pro plan ($20/month) at no additional cost. Once upgraded, you can enable it per service by going to your service's Settings tab and toggling "Enable Static IPs" in the Networking section. You'll be given an IPv4 address that remains constant across deployments, which you can whitelist with the Clash Royale API. Note that if you change your service's region, the IP will change.
