Hello, I'm reaching out with an inquiry.

We are currently using a Static Outbound IP.
Our existing service requires a fixed IP, which is why we've been using it.
However, we've recently noticed that the IP address occasionally changes, which is affecting our service.

Is there any way to make the IP truly static?
Upon checking, it seems that when we use the Legacy option, the IP remains the same as before, but when we switch to METAL, the IP changes.
