Install Railway GitHub App" loop persists even after clean uninstall/reinstall

I'm trying to connect a GitHub repository to my Railway project ("blissful-serenity") but I'm stuck in a loop.

What I've tried, in order:

Clicked + Add → GitHub Repository in the project canvas → shown the "Install the Railway GitHub App" screen, which says "Your GitHub account is connected. Now install the Railway app..."

Verified on GitHub (github.com/settings/installations) that Railway App is already installed on my personal account, with "All repositories" access and the standard read/write permissions (actions, administration, checks, code, commit statuses, deployments, pull requests, workflows).

Clicked "Refresh" in the Railway popup — no change.

Hard-refreshed the page (Cmd+Shift+R) — no change.

Tried in an incognito window (fresh session, no extensions) — same issue persists, ruling out browser cache/extensions.

Disconnected and reconnected my GitHub account from Railway Account Settings — no change.

Uninstalled the Railway App entirely from GitHub, then reinstalled it via Railway's own "Install GitHub App" flow, completing the full "Install & Authorize" screen and being correctly redirected to backboard.railway.app/login/github/callback and back to Railway.

Despite the fresh install completing successfully, clicking + Add → GitHub Repository again shows the exact same "Install the Railway GitHub App" screen instead of listing my repositories.

Account details:

GitHub username: samurai314

Railway project: blissful-serenity

This looks like the GitHub App installation isn't being recognized/synced on Railway's side even after a clean reinstall. Could you check the connection status on your end?
