Any one can help me install Sendy on my railway?

Can anyone confirm that can be done? It says "Apache/Linux based web hosting server."
Not sure what environment needs to be installed first to install sendy?

Want to try this template? Looks like it was last updated two years ago though so I’d fork the repo, upload a newer source zip from Sendy, modify the Dockerfile verision, and create a project with your GitHub repo as one deployment and mySQL as another by clicking + Database.

Appears to also be adapted from this repo, not sure if any significant changes were made or it was only copied to use a more-recent file.
