Instance Crashed without logs

Hi there, this instance "dev-sandbox" in my project "Leadoff" crashed unexpectedly and has no logs indicating why. I've redeployed the same code without failure, but would you mind investigating what happened? Thanks!

Unfortunately, there would not be anything to investigate if your app did not print any error logs.
