Integrate Railway with doppler
Acceptance Criteria - Doppler secrets synced to railway
I'm integrating Doppler with my Railway project using these docs.
I generated a token from my Railway account and pasted it into Doppler, but when prompted to choose a Railway project, the list is empty.
The Select Project Select is empty

You have to use an account-specific API key so that Doppler can sync in your account projects, later in the setup configuration. It is also specified that you join the Priority Boarding Beta Program (not sure why that is required)
As I can see that you are on the FREE plan, and in the free plan, one can only create PERSONAL tokens via the tokens page
As per Doppler's documentation, we need to either create a team/personal token, which is only there for the paid plans, and that is the reason no projects are being synced on Doppler's end.
So, in short, as a free plan user, you cannot integrate Railway with Doppler. I hope that helps
