hey team, this error happens occasionally and its not a service error, the metrics all look fine during that timenot sure where else to look for. Here is the request_id, hoping the team can have a quick look

hey i might have found out why, when service A calls service B (LLM, connected via railway private network), if it took more than 15s it will 502. Possibly a timeout, is there anyway to modify the timeout duration?

I think this 15s timeout is actually application related. We don't have a timeout like this for private networking.
