Some users have failures on downloads using pre-signed links other users it's totally fine (maybe a region thing). Very annoying, switching to proxying through our app, but that costs egress). Will be moving to r2 if we can't get this resolved.

I have talked with Tirgirs about this, and they say it is due to clients using outdated TLS versions. For security reasons, they have outright disabled older TLS versions.
