We just upgraded to Pro plan, the existing project is becoming 404, new project can't be created completely, when accessed from dashboard it throws 404 too.

If anyone from technical team could help out in clearing the duplication, that would help us a lot as we need to deploy asap or if any moderator could escalate it. Thank you

Sorry you ran into this and thank you for your patience! Looks like you encountered a rare bug but i've since manually resolved it. Can you try loading it again?
