We have a new service we are trying to call from the main app, both on the same railway environment. All calls are denied with Error: connect ECONNREFUSED fd12:accb:9bfa:0:a000:10:aad6:787d:8000

Hey, private networking is IPv6 only, did you make sure that your new service is also listening on IPv6? https://docs.railway.com/guides/private-networking
