I've tried deploying 3 times and my build continues to hang on Initialization › Taking a snapshot of the code... for 10 mins +
I can't think of anything that would break this at my end and earlier deployments deployed without any issue.

Same here, on my go lang 1.24 deployment, taking a snapshot of code phase takes forever, normally builds were taking like 20 - 40 seconds. Right now it takes more than 10 minutes.
