We received a report from a customer who attempted to access actuallyfair.in at approximately 8:56 PM IST and was presented with a Railway "Not Found – The train has not arrived at the station" page.
The Request ID shown was:
nEkH0Eg8SoW_bqpKAQeqjw
We searched our application logs but found no corresponding request, which suggests the request may not have reached our application service.
How can we investigate whether there were any routing, domain mapping, deployment, or platform-level issues around that time that could have caused Railway to return this page?
Thanks.

I already checked @requestId:nEkH0Eg8SoW_bqpKAQeqjw in the logs across the last five deployments, and none of them contain that request ID, which is what's confusing me.
I have a screenshot from the customer showing them trying to access the site, and I can see the corresponding network logs, but I still can't determine what caused the temporary outage. There were no abnormalities in the logs at that time either.
