I would like to invite my engineer on my projects, but he is banned from Railway for life for a service that got hijacked before (not his fault).
Will this ban my account too ? I just want to be able to deploy without validating each deploy manually.

Hey there! We've found the following might help you get unblocked faster:
- 🧵 User isn't on the Railway team, so their commit needs approval. Invite them to bypass this requirement.

It won't ban your account, but they will not be able to accept the invite with a banned account.
