Inviting a banned user

I would like to invite my engineer on my projects, but he is banned from Railway for life for a service that got hijacked before (not his fault).

Will this ban my account too ? I just want to be able to deploy without validating each deploy manually.

It won't ban your account, but they will not be able to accept the invite with a banned account.
