If I'm understanding correctly, you want an invoice for the Pro plan?

If so, you get that sent after you sign up for the Pro plan.

The initial cost will be exactly $20 USD.

After that it will be $20 USD plus any resource usage you use, you will of course then get an invoice every time you are billed.
