We completely understand your concern. To analyze the issue further, we require the IP address, as the error message states: '552 Your IP Address is blocked from further use.'
However, the IP address you previously shared does not show any connection logs on our end. To assist you better, we recommend the following steps:
Connect with your external application support team or the team managing the application from which you are attempting to connect to our SMTP server.
Obtain the IP address or connection logs from them, as these typically include the necessary IP address details.
Once you have this information, please share it with us, and we will investigate further to provide a resolution.
Upon receiving this information, we will analyze the issue from our end and get back to you at the earliest to resolve it. (Mail from smtp provider)

Hello Abul,
I understand that ZOHO needs your outbound IP so they can unblock it, that's easy enough!
Please enable Static IPs -
https://docs.railway.com/reference/static-outbound-ips#enabling-static-outbound-ips
Make sure to redeploy after!
This may give you a different IP that isn't being blocked by ZOHO, so please test the SMTP connection!
If you are still being blocked by ZOHO, you can give this IP to their support team.
Hope this helps!
Best,
Brody
