Am in Europe zone and my deployed app is been restricted because it showing U.S IP address please what can i do to resolve this please

What do you mean "it showing us ip"?
If your ISP is blocking traffic, there isn't anything Railway can do. You can try using a VPN, but that may or may not fix the issue.
If you're using Railway's pregenerated domains, you can try using a custom domain.

My deployed region is in E.U since i deployed the app recently and was working perfectly recently it started showing IP restriction

Try enabling static outbound IP.
If that doesn't fix it, then there isn't much you or Railway can do, as the restriction is placed by a third party.
