Is AWS SES API allowed on Hobby Plan

We know that Railway does not allow using AWS smtp on Hobby plan.

Does it allow AWS SES API on?

If yes, we get an error in production:

"Failed to send email to ['email address']. Error: An error occurred (InvalidClientTokenId) when calling the SendEmail operation: The security token included in the request is invalid."

We know the credentials as well as region name is correct as the same code is working in localhost without any issues. We have domain and emails verified in AWS identities.

I would check if you have the correct credentials/environment variables configured. The error AWS is returning seems to have nothing to do with the API, but rather with the client token credentials.
