I don't understand your question. Basically, I'd like to run Resemble.ai's chatterbox on Railway, and not have it be a technical installation.

You can make a template yourself, or have someone else make one. Is that what you're looking for?

You don't want to install Chatterbox on Railway because Railway doesn't have GPUs and it would be extremely slow. If you still want to give it a go, you can visit https://railway.com/deploy, and put in the Chatterbox TTS Server GitHub repo: https://github.com/devnen/Chatterbox-TTS-Server
