Is Free-Tier still a thing?

I have 1 day left on my free 30 days trial. And I got the impression that you have 5$ in balance per month in the free-tier, and if you go above that you "Pay-As-You-Go".

However, I can't find the free tier, is that still a thing?

Free tier still exists

There should be a downgrade option at the bottom of https://railway.com/workspace/plans

Railway may not allow a downgrade to free if they deem your account to be 'unverified'

The downgrade to free tier option is shown once your trial has expired.

pretty sure free-tier only give $1 per month, not $5
