Is it against the ToS to deploy screenshot API to Railway?

Hello everyone, from what I found in the ToS, I'm still not sure about this use-case and if it's allowed.

Can I deploy Screenshot API on Railway? It would basically use Puppeteer or similar to take screenshots of the websites. Not automated crawling, but basically SaaS business (API), which would people pay for and use it to screenshot websites.

If you have consent from the owners of the websites, that’s not against the TOS

I would do as much as possible to not abuse any website (caching, respecting robots.txt, etc.).

Okay, cool, then you're fine as long as your user agent contains a link with a way for site admins to whitelist their site.
