I signed up for this service today. I emphasize that I did it today. I didn't deploy any projects, I haven't managed to do anything at all and they tried to charge me 5$ at once. I contacted technical support with the question why my trial period didn't work. I was told “To continue using the service you need to pay 5$” and closed the task. This is irresponsibility of the employee who did not want to understand why my trial period does not work or this is a scam and there is no trial period. If my task will be closed again without a solution I will definitely share this experience.

We tried to charge you $5 because you attempted to sign up for a paid plan.
You attempted to sign up for the paid plan long before you ran out of credits.
But now that you have signed up for the Hobby plan but have an unpaid invoice, paying that invoice would be required to continue the use of the platform.

I don't know how it works, I just registered today and ran into this. Cancel the account, put me on a trial period. I have described clearly enough what happened and what result I want to get.

Hello,
You entered your card details and signed up for the Hobby account on your own accord, there's no mistake here.
This is a one way path, you cannot go back to a trial account after you sign up for the paid plan.
