I createad a bot to remind me about he coding contests that are going to happen in the current week.So, it scrapes a website to gather this information. So does railway approve this bot or does it go against the rules of the platform??

If your bot breaks the TOS of its target site, then that also breaks Railway’s TOS

that use case sounds innocent enough. Make sure to check the site’s robots.txt to ensure that you’re allowed to scrape it
