I programmed a service for a client and want to migrate it to a new clients railway account.
Is it possible with all data? Database, Services ...
If yes how, if not from my side, can the railway team do it?

You can transfer your projects to the account you would like by following our documentation here: Transferring Projects
Please note that the instructions vary based on the subscription type you are transferring from and to.
