Hello,
Is it possible to restore a previous version of a Railway project ?
I somehow unlinked my N8N service and its Postgres database and don't know how to fix it.

Railway is yet to implement rollbacks, but you can manually look at what you've changed from the activity feed and then manually correct what you have done.

I'm quite a beginner and don't really understand what happened.
I've unlinked my N8N service from its github repo to try to create another service called n8n-bonfire with the same repo. This one didn't deployed so I deleted it and added my github repo back to my N8N service.
But now I've database issues.

Going forward, I would recommend only using Jack's N8N template, it's going to give you the best user experience.
