yeah you can transfer projects to a different hobby account in the project settings

in here? it only seems to be for Pro workspaces

and in theory he just need to add me as a member on the project and it would appear there?

couldn't find it, I just gave up and migrated everything manually

yeah you would need to add a member to the project and when they accept you then get an option to transfer in the 3 dot menu of the user
