I’m mainly concerned about durability, and costs.
Does anyone here run a production-ready queue on Railway, and how has the reliability been?

Under no load at all, it's using 23mb of RAM which would cost ~$0.24/m. I recommend deploying this on trial, putting it under load, and see how these resources increase. I do not expect it to cost anything significant.
