Is railway currently having issues?

Trying to deploy to Railway right now, each deployment is taking longer than 10+ min and timing out with error codes like ERR_PNPM_RECURSIVE_RUN_FIRST_FAIL. I have two services - and we are trying to deploy minimal changes.

I'm more often checking this page than using the service. Team will show and say sorry, but this is unbearable, do you know of any alternative that doesn't have these interruptions EVERY DAY?
