There is a service that provides API-Token per IP, thus I need to know the IP before deployment. I found that every time I redeploy after changing env, the IP changed.

We don't support this right now. Feel free to upvote Support dedicated outbound Static IPs for services if you're interested!

That will be really tricky if every time I update my repo, it redeploys and changes its IP, and then my token become unusable. Then I probably have to stop using Railway to serve….

What is the specific use case that your token would stop working if your IP changes? We have tons of devs using various APIs and other utilities that don't run into this.
