Is there a way to restore the database from a previous version in the Hobby Plan?

I accidentally ran a database seeder script in my production environment, which deleted records that should not have been removed.

I am on the Hobby Plan and I would like to know if there is any way to restore the database from a snapshot or backup taken prior to today

I understand backups may be limited on the Hobby Plan, would upgrading to a higher plan (Pro or above) give me access to existing snapshots or backups that could help recover the lost data? Or would an upgrade only apply to future backups going forward?

I have not made any further destructive changes since discovering the issue. Please let me know what options are available.

Unfortunately, we do not provide data recovery for user-initiated destructive actions such as running a seeder script that deleted records. If you had volume backups configured before the incident, you can restore from one via the Backups tab on your database service. If no backups were configured, the data cannot be recovered. Upgrading to a higher plan would only apply to future backups going forward, not retroactively create snapshots of past state. Going forward, we recommend enabling scheduled volume backups or Point-in-Time Recovery on your database service to protect against this scenario.
