Having the DB sleeping is great for reducing costs, however somethimes user get timeout error because of this, in my case the app is only working during office hours, I wonder if it is possible to keep the DB awaken from 8 AM to 5PM UTC-5

Hello,
Sorry but we do not provide a way to achieve this natively.
Instead, it would be simple enough to include connection retries so that the time it takes to wake the database can be accounted for!
