Hello Railway team!!

I'm having an issue. Two days ago, I deployed a service based on a template, but I've noticed that the instances are not going to sleep—they remain running even when they don't receive any traffic.

As a test, I removed the domain from the web server to rule out any traffic, and it has been over two hours without receiving any requests, yet it's still running.
