Dear Railway Support Team,
I am writing to request a refund and a correction regarding my recent subscription.
I signed up for Railway using the "1 Year Free of Railway Pro" promotional offer (which includes $245 in credits) from lennysproductpass. Following the instructions, I upgraded my plan and provided my billing details. However, my credit card was charged $20.00] instead of the amount being covered by the promotional credits.
The Invoice number: NZXVB9S7-0001
Could you please look into this and:
Refund the unintended charge to my card.
Ensure that the $245 credit is correctly applied to my workspace so I am not charged for future usage within that limit.
I have attached a screenshot of the transaction for your reference. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Hi there,
Upon looking into it, it seems you signed up prior to navigating to the referral link.
The promotion only works for new signups that have not previously used Railway.
If this is not your case, please let us know.

This promotion is very confusing , no message shows it should be new signups. During the checkout process , or referral link, there is no message and indicator about the referral code. I didn't see anything like this in lenny's bundle.

Hi Railway Team,
Thanks for the clarification. I understand the policy, but I signed up specifically because of this offer to host my new startup's infrastructure.
Since I have not used Railway before this week and this is a completely fresh account, would it be possible to make an exception and apply the credits manually?
Alternatively, if I were to delete this account and sign up again strictly through the link, would that work? I’d prefer to keep this account if possible to avoid the overhead, but I really don't want to miss out on this 1-year Pro offer for my new venture.
