We're from India and sometimes companies cannot auto charge my card when the amount is over a certain limits.
What happens every month is that Railway will try to charge me. It then fails and puts me to trial plan. This happens at random times and mostly during night. A few of my services will fail because of lower ram and breaks my app. I have to come in manually and click on Pay and this time the payment will go through with an OTP.
This month I tried to pay earlier to avoid this but when the payment is pending I cannot pay. When I tried to pay before hand without the bill generated I cannot pay as well.
Is there a way where I can either pay before you try to charge my card or can you put a buffer time before degrading my plan?

Unfortunately this is something you’ll have to talk to your bank about. Your payment failing is not something Railway can control
@Adam Can you let us pay earlier to avoid the servers breaking? Or give maybe 24 hours extra after the payment failed to let user retry manually?
Unfortunately Indian banks are very bad when it comes to payment to companies outside India.

Yes, I'm immediatly moved to trial plan. I do not know what is failing and why is it failing, my app crashes
I think its because of lower memory in the service

@KiBender - we fixed a bug here a while ago, and our workflows are showing that your last invoice did get a 21 day grace period correctly, is this not what you experienced?
@Brody No I get stepped down to trial plan and for whatever reasons apps crash. I thought it was because of memory.
All my payments are on the 1st of every month. Where did you see I recieved a grace preiod?

Yes your app would crash because of the limited memory, but thats not the issue here.
Let me know if you need anything from me. I need only 1 day grace period if possible.
This issue is not railway, Its payment failing and requiring manual verification from bank using otp. Stripe handles this.
Railway immediatly drops me to trial when it fails. I tried to pay beforehand, which is also not possible
I have to try to keep an eye when this fails so I can manually pay

We have fixed this, turns out it was Stripe that was automatically updating your plan status.
