My Custom domain has correct DNS (CNAME → my Railway target, verified resolving to your edge) but a TLS certificate is never issued, connections reset at handshake. Please check certificate provisioning for this domain

It seems like you have only set up the CNAME record for your custom domain. If that's the case, You need to add a TXT record for _railway-verify.<DOMAIN>. If you are using the API to add your custom domain, you can find it in verificationToken under status.

I'm able to access your site just fine. Try using an incognito window or a different device/network to access it.

It doesn't really matter what browser you use.
Have you tried using a different device and/or network to access the site?

If it doesn't resolve itself within a few hours, try removing your domain from Railway and add it back after ~10-15 mins. Update DNS records as necessary.
