Yeah, this was my fault. I posted some code that was really long, around 1,662 lines, and this only started happening after I posted it.

Please fix asap @dev. All these outages are just killing us. It's like every weekend now.

We have identified the cause of the delay: a networking issue on a single host in our infrastructure caused a backlog of deployments to queue up. We have removed the affected host from rotation and are scaling additional capacity to work through the backlog.>

this is known as a SPOF single point of failure.
