I am unable to get the DNS to work! Can I get A records from railway? CNAME keeps giving an error. Ive even moved from godaddy to cloudfare via nameservers but still no luck!

A records will not work. You need to use the provided CNAME records.
Can you share a screenshot of how you configured your DNS records with Cloudflare?

we need a screenshot both cloudflare and railway (only specific part domain config that have error)
if you mean the error is like this
it is fine. since you just migrated. you need to wait atleast 1 day.

Make sure there are no conflicting records, and that your nameservers and DNS records are set up correctly.
Eg, you can't have an A and a CNAME record pointing to the same domain, such as @ .
