Hi, I’m having an issue with one of my Railway projects.
The backend deployment is still running correctly and responding at:
https://panaderia-production-03f9.up.railway.app
However, the project no longer appears anywhere in my Railway dashboard. I only see three unrelated projects, and searching for “panaderia” or the deployment name returns no results.
Because of this, I currently cannot:
- manage environment variables
- access logs
- redeploy the service
- manage settings
I only have one Railway account and one workspace, so I don’t think this is a workspace/account issue.
Could you please help me recover access to this project or explain why the deployment still exists but is missing from the dashboard?

Hey there,
The outage on May 20 landed some users in a fresh, empty workspace at login. Your project hasn't gone anywhere. Check the workspace switcher in the top-left of the dashboard and your original workspace should be in the list.
If you don't see it there, reply with your account email and the project ID or name you're looking for and I'll trace it from our side.
