Issue with plan payment – $1 charge but plan not received

Hi Railway team,

I attempted to purchase a \$5 USD plan, but when processing the payment with my Mastercard, I encountered an error and the transaction was not completed.

However, I noticed that a \$1 USD charge (or authorization) was made to my card, even though I did not receive access to the plan or a confirmation of the purchase. I’d like to understand why this charge occurred and how I can successfully obtain the plan.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hi there,

I see in our billing portal that the $1 charge failed — could you contact your bank to see if if was blocked by any chance? A refund for the $1 has also been issued so that should be on the way within 5-10 business days.
