I recently upgraded to Pro plan. Now that plan shows up as FREE and the services show as "Paused from exceeding limits". When I go to my org account page, it says FREE. when I go to the Plan page in settings, it says Pro. This is confusing. Please fix soon

That's odd because there isn't even a free plan on Railway, mind sending screenshots?

That is extremely weird, I have never seen that before

The same thing happened to me as well. And I can't use the static IP feature available on the pro plan.

Thank you for mentioning your troubles too, it makes the scale of this problem a bit more clear
Very sorry for the trouble, I escalated this internally as well now
Just for more context, would you guys mind mentioning when this started happening? Did it happen right after upgrading to pro, or have you guys been on pro for a while before this happened?

The link in the email was no longer valid, so I re-opened the issue. I was able to pay directly from the dashboard though. Issue is sorted now.
