Issue with running the free plan instead of hobby, after the trial expired and I switched to free plan, my deployments can't bought back up

Your workspace is on the Free plan with a $0.00 credit balance, and all four services in your project show a status of "REMOVED", meaning they were taken down when your trial ended. The Free plan provides $1 of free credit per month, so you can redeploy services within the Free plan's resource limits (0.5 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 1 replica), but you will need to create new deployments since the previous ones were removed.

I just clicked the downgrade to $1 after my free plan of $5 expired so idk why it is 0

but I had just clicked the button tho, how would that even happen, the plan is resetting when I just downgraded to it ?
